Manifesting & Yoga truly go together like salt & pepper. With Yoga we can work on cultivating the 3 main energies we need for manifesting:

  • Personal strength: This energy is the “umph” behind manifesting. The “I deserve this, dammit!” energy. It’s the energy that helps you feel you deserve to live your dreams, to believe it’s possible, that you do have the skills, etc.
  • Faith: This energy is the flip side of the manifesting coin from personal strength. It is the surrender, letting go of expectations and control, allowing yourself to receive, letting it be easy.
  • Gratitude: Gratitude is a combo of the first two – Yes, it’s soft and gentle like faith, but it’s also strong because we want to feel grateful for what we received AND also that we DESERVED to receive it. If we feel “Oh, I don’t know how I got so lucky, thank you”, it’s from scarcity. We want “I know I deserve this AND I am do grateful!”

And the best part about Yoga? You can work on these on all levels of your being: Physical, mental AND energetic.
