A 15-Minute Yoga Practice to Release, Reset & Realign

Life gets heavy sometimes—energetically, emotionally, physically. Whether it’s stress from the day, old emotions lingering in your body, or just that overwhelmed feeling you can’t quite name… sometimes, you just need to release and let go.

That’s where this practice comes in.

Let Go Flow is a gentle 15-minute yoga sequence designed to help you release tension, soften resistance, and reconnect with yourself. Through calming breathwork, hip openers, and forward folds, this flow helps create space—physically and energetically—for something new to come in.

One of the things I’ve learned on the path of yoga and manifesting is this:

We can’t receive fully when we’re holding on tightly.

Letting go isn’t always dramatic. Often, it’s in the small, intentional moments—choosing to slow down, choosing your breath, choosing yourself.

This practice is perfect for:

  1. The end of a long day
  2. A reset between busy moments
  3. Emotional release after feeling “off” or stuck
  4. New moon rituals or seasonal transitions
  5. Anytime you want to reconnect with your inner peace

And the best part? You don’t need an hour or fancy props. Just your mat, your breath, and a willingness to release.
