My students expect to see it in almost every class – yep, 9 out of 10!
I’ve even noticed in classes when I happen to skip it, students do it on their own.
I have my reasons!
I have never met a student with shoulder tension and after having thousands of students in a 30 year career, that’s saying a lot!
AND shoulder tension restricts movement in the shoulder blades, when can negatively impact the shoulder joint and create tension in the neck.
Can you say you’ve never experienced shoulder pain? No one else can either.
We want to take meticulous care of our lovely shoulders!
In comes shoulder rolls and neck stretches. Yep, pretty easy on the surface, but there are a few powerful tweaks you can make that will give you even more.
