๐ Less talking. More feeling. ๐
A relaxing evening practice
By the end of the day, I don’t always want someone giving me more instructions. I’ve made enough decisions, answered enough questions, and had enough things competing for my attention.
So I created this evening yoga practice with minimal cues. I’ll guide you through the movement, but I also leave plenty of space for you to focus on your breath, notice how your body feels, and simply move without having to think quite so much.
This isn’t a practice about perfect alignment or getting the most out of every pose. It’s a chance to slow down and make the transition from the busyness of your day into your evening.
Roll out your mat, turn down the lights, and give yourself a few minutes to move, breathe, and let go.
You don’t have to take the whole day with you into tomorrow.
Sometimes it feels really good to simply put it down.
