There’s a kind of exhaustion that sleep alone doesn’t fix.

You know the feeling:

Your body is tired, but your mind keeps spinning.

You finally crawl into bed… and suddenly your nervous system decides it’s time to replay every conversation you’ve had since 2007.

For many women in midlife, sleep struggles aren’t just about hormones or schedules. They’re about nervous system overload.

We spend so much of our lives in “go mode” that the body forgets how to fully soften into rest.

That’s why I created this new Nervous System Reset Yoga practice.

This isn’t a workout.

It’s an exhale.

A gentle practice designed to help your body shift out of stress mode and into a calmer, more regulated state where sleep becomes possible again.

Through slow movement, grounding breathwork, and deeply supportive shapes, this practice helps release accumulated tension from the body — especially the kind we carry in the hips, shoulders, jaw, and nervous system itself.

Because here’s the truth: You cannot force yourself to sleep. But you can create the conditions that invite rest.

And often, the first step is helping the body feel safe.

This practice is especially supportive if you’ve been feeling:

  1. tired but wired
  2. overstimulated
  3. emotionally exhausted
  4. anxious at night
  5. unable to fully relax

    Think of it as a transition ritual.

    A signal to your body that it no longer has to brace.

    You deserve deep rest.

    Not just physically — but emotionally too.
