A Gratitude Yoga Flow for Manifesting with Strength

There’s something powerful about tuning into gratitude—not just as a passive feeling, but as a choice and practice. In this week’s YouTube yoga flow, I’m guiding you through a series of heart-opening poses designed to help you reconnect with a stronger, deeper sense of gratitude.

Because here’s the truth: gratitude isn’t about shrinking down and whispering, “I’m so lucky, I don’t deserve this…”

It’s about standing tall and saying:

“I worked for this. I deserve this. And I am deeply, truly grateful.”

When we’re disconnected from gratitude, we tend to collapse our posture—our hearts fold inward, our shoulders hunch. Energetically, we close off. And when that happens, not only do we feel less grateful… we’re also less able to receive more of what we want. Our manifesting power dims.

This flow focuses on two big shifts:

1. Heart Opening Poses:

Physical posture impacts your energy. Opening your chest helps open your energetic heart. These poses release tension in the front body, shoulders, and upper spine—helping you feel more spacious, open, and grounded.

2. Gratitude from Strength, Not Scarcity:

So many of us have been taught to feel grateful from a place of lack—as if receiving something good was a fluke. But what if your gratitude came from abundance?

What if you said: “I manifested this, and I’m worthy of even more”?

This practice is especially powerful for women in midlife who are shifting identities, rediscovering purpose, and creating a life aligned with who they really are.

So if you’ve been feeling disconnected or uninspired, give this flow a try. It’s gentle, powerful, and heart-expanding in all the best ways.

With love & soft exhales,

Laura
