In this week’s podcast, I share 4 common blocks to manifesting – and how we can open up those blocks in our Yoga practice.

Here are a bevy of resources I referenced in the podcast to help you:

 

I thought a few journaling prompts could also help you out when working through these blocks. These are helpful on their own but much more helpful after you listen to the episode.

 

JOURNAL PROMPTS:

What do I feel is blocking my manifesting? (The list is below) Choose one and muse over how it is showing up in your life. Ask yourself:

  • Specifically how do you feel when you are experiencing the block?
  • Where in your life do you think this block has slowed your manifesting down?
  • Is there a part of your life in which it hasn’t been a factor? In other words, you have manifested well despite the block?
  • Can you identify where it is stored in your body?
  • What will you do on your Yoga mat to help you release this block?

Here are the 4 blocks:

  1. Do I lack a feeling of “I’ve got this” energy? Or “I deserve this” energy?
  2. Do I feel grateful from a place of “I deserve this” or “I have not idea how I got to be so lucky?”
  3. Can I relax and trust the process? Or do I feel like I need to always be taking action? That I am in charge of everything?
  4. How well do I receive?
