This musing comes to you as I am about to depart on one of my spiritual renewal weekends. Two times a year, I have a lovely weekend of love and learning. It is my reminder to stop and take a breath. To slow my life down and remember I am here as a spiritual being.
Those who know me well know how challenging this is for me. I am a do-er and shifting to a be-er is…well, let’s just say hard and leave it at that!
But just stopping for a moment, to take a conscious breath, to appreciate a lovely flower, can make all the difference. So join me today and take a breath, then another.
