I’ve been teaching fitness, wellness, and yoga for years.

One thing I’ve noticed lately is Yoga isn’t really taught anymore, they are guided through a flow. But that does Yoga a disservice because when you really learn Yoga, your practice will be so much fuller.

My goal isn’t to help you perform yoga.

My goal is to help you understand it.
