Your Mornings Just Got an Upgrade

When people ask me “when is the best time for self-care/yoga”, my first response is always, “whenever you’ll do it”.

BUT my second answer is “In the morning” because setting your day off on the right foot is crucial.

How you start your day sets the tone for everything that follows. Taking just a few minutes in the morning to connect with your body and breath can create a ripple effect of calm, focus, and energy that carries you through the day.

That’s why I created a brand-new 5-minute yoga session on YouTube, designed especially for busy mornings! In this quick practice, we flow through 5 simple poses that gently wake up your body, quiet your mind, and set you up for success.

Here’s why it’s worth giving it a try:

  • Feel energized without coffee (or maybe with less coffee… we don’t need to be crazy! 🙂 )
  • Boost your mood by moving intentionally
  • Reduce stress before the chaos of the day begins

Just roll out of bed, press play, and give yourself the gift of 5 minutes of YOU time. I start super slowly and build.
