Warrior poses are SO POWERFUL! They can help you feel stronger and more courageous. And that courage is meant to be used for moving through our own fears, stepping beyond our limiting beliefs.

The “Warrior” is not to fight another, it’s to have strength over our own ego.

Warrior Poses helps us do that by stimulating the 3rd chakra, found in our solar plexus. In this video I share a quick tutorial on the 3rd chakra, how warrior poses stimulate it AND how we can stimulate it even more.
