Wellness has been my foundation and the more I get into manifesting, the more I realize how important wellness is.

Your body is truly everything and how well we take care of it will effect if we are how high we can take our vibration.

7 Wellness Habits That Raised My Vibration and Boosted My Energy

If you’ve ever felt like you were doing everything right but still feeling low, stuck, or energetically blocked… I get it. That was me not long ago.

I was meditating, journaling, affirming — all the things we’re told to do to “raise our vibe.” But underneath it all, I still felt off. My sleep was inconsistent. My body was inflamed. My nervous system was overworked. And I couldn’t manifest the things I truly desired.

So I made a decision: this would be my year to thrive — not survive. I didn’t want another year of just “getting through” it. I wanted to expand.

In this podast episode I share the 7 simple but powerful wellness habits that I committed to — and the energetic transformation that followed. These aren’t about perfection, expensive routines, or rigid discipline. They’re about tuning into your nervous system, your intuition, and your unique energy.

1. Regulating My Nervous System Throughout the Day (Not Just at Night)

I used to think regulating my nervous system meant taking a bath at the end of a stressful day. But the biggest shift came when I started weaving in micro-moments of regulation all throughout the day.

This looks like:

  1. Taking 60-second breathing breaks between tasks

  2. Practicing box breathing after intense conversations

  3. Using gentle vagus nerve stimulation tools 

Why it works: When your nervous system is calm, your body can repair, your mind can think clearly, and your energy becomes magnetic. A regulated system is the foundation of true high-vibe living.

2. A Real Bedtime Ritual (That Starts Before I Get Tired)

Sleep was a struggle — and not just falling asleep, but waking up tired. I realized that how I prepare for sleep affects the quality of rest I get.

Here’s what I changed:

  1. I began winding down 60–90 minutes before bed

  2. Screens off, lights dimmed, essential oils diffused

  3. Gentle breathing and feet up the wall

  4. Magnesium + herbal tea

  5. Release tension in muscles with some Yoga, fascial release and/or using my massage gun.

Result: I started waking up refreshed, less inflamed, and more emotionally steady.

4. Finding Your BEST Sleep Hours

Let’s be real: It probably means you have to get to bed earlier, but maybe not. I know I do. I get my best sleep before 2am (it’s when my watch says I get me Deep Sleep.) And I feel best when I’m up by 6 or 6:30 in the morning.

I used to fight this habit. I thought I was “more productive” at night. But the truth? I was burned out and wired.

Then I would have to sleep longer to feel better rested but would feel groggly and weird.

When I finally committed to getting to bed earlier — ideally by 10 PM — I noticed I felt better both with my energy levels and my focus.

Now, I protect my bedtime like a sacred ritual. Because rest is the portal to receiving.

5. Ningxia Red: The Superjuice I Didn’t Expect to Love

I was skeptical at first, but this antioxidant-packed supplement made a major difference in my energy. Ningxia Red is a wolfberry-based juice that supports cellular health, immune function, and energy levels — without the crash of caffeine or sugar.

I have consumed 2 oz a day of this magic juice for over a decade. I feel a bit of energy and a definite rise in my vibration from it. It’s amazing!

BUT when I really felt a shift was during SIMPLY :: clean, our 14-day reset. For the first 3 days we drink 12 oz of Ningxia Red and then 6 oz a day for the remaining days.

Holy cow! My energy was amazing as a result. It was the first time I experienced NOT bottoming out with me energy by the end of the day!

For me, it’s become a non-negotiable. One shot a day keeps the burnout away.

6. Finding Foods That Work for My Body

I’ve been in the wellness realm for over 40 years. (Yep, really.) In that time I have experienced so many diet trends I can’t even begin to count – adn tried most of them! 🙂

Long ago, I stopped following every health trend and started listening to my own body. I paid attention to how I felt after eating — not just physically, but energetically.

Some things I discovered:

  1. Gluten wasn’t great for me, but lactoce free dairy in small amounts was fine

  2. I enjoy more carbs at dinner because they help me sleep better

  3. Vegetable-cetric food at lunch gives me energy for the afternoon

  4. I need breakfast – and a big one but I don’t. need much for dinner and can easily eat a snack for dinner and not eat any more the rest of the night.

Food is energy. And when you find what fuels you, everything flows easier.

7. Being Intentional with My Work, Social Media, and Energy Leaks

Burnout doesn’t always come from “doing too much” — it comes from leaking energy in the wrong directions.

This year, I got honest about what was draining me:

  1. Mindless scrolling

  2. Over-consuming instead of creating

  3. Toxic friendships

I made shifts like:

  1. Scheduling content in creative bursts

  2. Muting or blocking accounts that stressed me out

  3. Moving on from toxic relationships

Boundaries create space for magic.

 

Final Thoughts: Raising Your Vibration Is About Coming Home

We’re told to “raise our vibe” by thinking positive or faking gratitude. But true vibrational elevation comes from alignment, rest, nourishment, and presence.

It’s less about adding more, and more about coming back to yourself.

These 7 habits didn’t just give me more energy — they brought me back to my energy. They reminded me that I don’t have to force, chase, or hustle to feel good. I can soften, slow down, and receive.

Your energy matters.

And you deserve to feel alive in your body.
