Do you wish your life circumstances would change so you could feel better?

It happens to all of us at one point or another – we don’t feel we can feel better until you are on the other side.

But it doesn’t work that way in manifesting. We have to feel better in order to change our circumstances.

So where do you start?

In this week’s podcast episode I share 6 quickies you can tap into to help you feel better, even just a bit. Realize that a tiny shift can make all the difference AND it’s something you can DO even when life feels really hard.

In a Nutshell:

  1. People: Who are the people you spend the most time with? Spend more time with those who uplift you.

  2. Media: What do you read? Watch? Listen to? Limit negativity and do more of what feels good.

  3. Gratitude: Set your alarm throughout the day. Each time it goes off, take a moment to think FEEL what you are most grateful for in that moment.

  4. Start Your Day: Start your day with a bit of positivity – 3 gratitudes before you get out of bed, listen to your fave songs as you get ready, listen to an uplifting podcast on the way to work.

  5. Declutter: Just get rid of ONE thing. It can feel amazing AND it helps move stuck energy.

  6. Words: Are you adding to your negativity with your words? Start intentionally using positive words.
