The Warrior Pose series — all 3 poses — are meant to be strong, courage-boosting poses. The “Warrior” aspect is about being strong enough to overcome your ego, your little self, finding the courage to say “Yes” when all of you really wants to run.
Wouldn’t it be nice to tap into that energy?
BUT you do need to do the pose well, with strength, to maximize the potential.
