๐Ÿ’— Bedtime Yoga for Gratitude in Bed ๐Ÿ’—

Relax, Release, and Open Your Heart Before Sleep

If your mind tends to race at night or you find it hard to wind down, youโ€™re not alone. The truth is, we often carry the dayโ€™s stress in our bodies โ€” especially in our backs and shoulders โ€” and it keeps us from truly resting.

Thatโ€™s why I created this Bedtime Yoga for Gratitude practice: a gentle, heart-opening flow to help you let go of tension, reconnect with your body, and end the day with a sense of peace.

Gratitude isnโ€™t just a mindset; itโ€™s a vibration. When we move our bodies and breathe with intention, we shift our energy from stress and overwhelm to appreciation and contentment. This flow helps you do exactly that โ€” through slow, intentional movement that releases tightness in the spine and chest, inviting your heart to open.

We close the practice with a short gratitude meditation, allowing you to rest in the energy of thankfulness โ€” a beautiful way to prepare your mind and body for deep, rejuvenating sleep.

Whether youโ€™re feeling heavy, disconnected, or simply need a reset, this practice will help you return to your center.

๐Ÿ’– Unwind, breathe, and remember: you are surrounded by more blessings than you realize.

With love & soft exhales,

Laura
