Laura’s Style of Yoga is soft and heart-centered.  She has been teaching for over 25 years, with more than 15,000 teaching hours.  If you have found you want a slower, more consciously-paced class than fitness yoga, you have found your yoga class!  With an emphasis on alignment, safety and yoga, you will learn how to do the poses safely.  Classes are light and laughter-centered.   Laura is also a Life Coach and brings her inspirational nature to her classes.  She has published three books, several e-books, podcasts, and more.
