Here is all you need to get ready:
- Be sure you have received an email from me. It might be in your spam folder. Search “TiredAFYoga”. You need to receive the emails to get the links all month.
- Mark your calendar for December 1 – that’s when we begin!
- You’ll get an email each day at 6am with a link to the new video. You’ll also receive a daily affirmation and a journal prompt (as you can see above). I love to write the affirmation down on a sticky note and stick it where I see it throughout the day and use the journal prompt in the evening when I do my journaling. Use them as an opportunity to deepen your work this month.
- Take a bit of time before we begin the 12/1 to decide when during the day you will do the practice. These videos can be done anytime during the day so choose a time that is easiest for you to commit to yourself. It is best to do it the same time each day if possible so it is easier to make a habit out of it, but do whatever you need to do*.
*Just in case you need to hear this: THERE ARE NO RULES TO THIS “CHALLENGE”. None, not one. Show up how you want to show up. Use what you want to use. Be gentle with yourself and let this month be something that fills you up.
