Look, we’ve all experienced times when a goal felt attainable and times when it felt so hard.

Yes, part can always be attributed to the level of difficulty of the goal – but not as much as you might think.

In this episode, I share 5 surprising reasons why you might not achieve a goal – and what you can do to improve your chances of success.

Oh, and you just might want to take notes!

In a nutshell:

  1. What area of your life are you trying to change? Is it a challenging one for you?
  2. How much energy are you expending in the other areas of your life? How much energy do you have for the change?
  3. Attitude: Is it something you are excited about moving toward? Or is there something dreaded you are trying to move away from? Get focused on what you WANT.
  4. Prepare: Be specific on the  WHEN & WHAT & HOW.
  5. Give yourself time to build excitement. As you prepare, also get really excited about what you are doing.
