- What area of your life are you trying to change? Is it a challenging one for you?
- How much energy are you expending in the other areas of your life? How much energy do you have for the change?
- Attitude: Is it something you are excited about moving toward? Or is there something dreaded you are trying to move away from? Get focused on what you WANT.
- Prepare: Be specific on the WHEN & WHAT & HOW.
- Give yourself time to build excitement. As you prepare, also get really excited about what you are doing.
