I have lists of lists…really.

A few months ago I made a few changes to HOW I make lists – and it has made all the difference!

In this show I share the 2 big shifts I made. Honestly, nothing earth shattering, but powerful.

In a nutshell:

#1: Decide what needs your attention in your life:

  • Work
  • Home
  • Personal

Then set no more than 3 priorities – or so – for each each week. And never 3 for all three – you don’t want 9 things on your list!

 

#2: Find one BIG thing – what has been BUGGING you – and just START. Just do a tiny part of it.
