Yoga for Healthy Shoulders

Shoulder discomfort is second only to lower back pain in popularity among my students. Yep, we all experience it at one time or another. In this class I will speak briefly on the anatomy of the shoulders and then take you through class on how to move the shoulders and strengthen them to maintain a healthy joint.
Please Note: While it is not meant to be a therapeutic class, if you are suffering from acute or chronic pain now, you are welcome to join and do what you can. You MUST take responsibility for stopping if and when something we do causes you pain.
