What to expect with our session:

• I use this time as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I want to find out about you and your life so we can decide if working together will be beneficial to you.
• It is a mini-coaching session, specifically, it is a “Dream Session” for you.  Have you ever experienced that before?  I don’t think many of us have a safe space to explore what we really want without someone saying “That won’t happen!”  I will be helping you explore your deepest desires, to discover what you really want.  Sometimes we get to the bottom of the desire in this session, sometimes we simply get closer.
• You will definitely receive a “next step” even if that step isn’t working with me.
• Our call will last up to 60 minutes.
   

Come prepared:

I have a few questions I want you to consider before our session.

1. What one important change or outcome would you really like to see in your life right now? (Let yourself dream here.  What would you want if there were no limitations — which are usually self-limitations, by the way, so, no “yeah buts…”.  What do you want?)
2. Why do you want it?  Really consider this question.  What is the purpose of your desire?
3. What’s holding you back (or has held you back) from getting there?
4. What will your life be like once you get there?
5. What personal qualities would someone need to possess to obtain the outcome you desire?

What does it cost?:

I charge a nominal $97 for our session.  If you decide to join me in coaching, you will receive a $97 discount in your first coaching fee. (A 45-min session with me is normally $250.)
