Lower back pain, the bane of our culture. Yoga is one of the perfect tools to help.   Join me for a class to help you with the discomfort.

Please note: This class is for people with unknown lower back discomfort.  If you have known issues, disc, etc, I recommend you take an in-person class with an experienced Yoga Teacher.
