Easy Steps to Make Changes in Your Life

Welcome! I am so excited to begin this fabulous program.  Just want to give you some idea of what to expect.

This program lasts 14 days.  Over the 14 days:

  • You will be receiving one email each day summarizing what the day’s “assignment” is.
  • You will then be sent via a link to the blog get more info, download a worksheet, watch a video, listen to a podcast, etc.
  • Each day should only take a few minutes of focus for you. I suggest you create a space and time to do the work each day, like first thing in the morning or just before bed.  That way you will be more likely to remember.
  • Create an email folder to place these emails into.  Refer to them any time you want (or need!) to make a change.  These steps will work anytime with any change you need to make.
  • Be sure to “Like” my Facebook page.  I will leave thoughts there periodically and I would love to hear how you are doing, too!
